My name is Sue Derbyshire. I am now a co-opted governor having previously worked at the school as a teacher for over 30 years. I have extensive experience in infant education and a deep understanding of the school community and its values. 

As the governor with responsibility for English I work closely with school leaders to support the development of early reading, writing and language skills, helping to ensure that every child builds strong foundations for lifelong learning.
